Unless required by law, Peacocke and Simpson (henceforth referred to as P&S) will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about the users of this site to any third parties without first receiving that visitors permission.



When a visitor logs on to this site, certain information is recorded for the purpose of site maintenance, statistical analysis, and differentiating between more popular pages and those which are not so popular. This information is collected in an anonymous and aggregate manner, it is therefore not possible to individually identify any one user. The purpose of this is to ensure that the site remains user-friendly, as well as keeping it updated and providing more popular material for visitors. In order for a P&S consultant to contact you, if you so choose, it is necessary to capture such information. However, such information is only attainable if a site-user chooses to send it to P&S. The information is then retained by P&S for correspondence purposes, but not given to third parties without first receiving permission from that visitor.
