As an accredited Knelson test facility we have been proudly associated with Peacocke and Simpson since 1987. Over the years, they have successfully developed and executed many of the most advanced and metallurgically challenging gravity-based test programs on behalf of their clients. At Buzwagi Mine, we have been impressed by the quality of service and dedication demonstrated by our gravity equipment vendors. Successful commissioning of the Knelson Concentrators and ACACIA Reactor has ensured our first gold production is on schedule.
The KC 48 Concentrator installed on one of our operations has resulted in a 3 fold increase in gravity gold recovery which has translated to 3% increase in overall plant recovery. We are so happy with the performance of the KC 48 and plans for the purchase of another unit for our second biggest operation are at an advanced stage

During a unique short term high grade period we produced 3,000 oz. of gold in a 24 hours operating shift from three XD-48 Knelson concentrators. They are worth their weight in gold.
Having had Knelson Gravity solutions install 2 KC-XD30 Knelson concentrators and a Acacia3000 reactor at Barricks Bulyanhulu Tanzanian Gold Mine, I have worked closely with Knelsons Africa Manager Pete Simpson for 10 years. It was a pleasure to work with somebody who was always willing to assist with technical support and training and who provided a high level of onsite service. I hope I get the chance to do it again. Commenting on Ashanti's purchase of their 17th Knelson Concentrator: "We have selected Knelson as our primary gravity process at all operations processing ore which is amenable to gravity concentration. We are very strong proponents of gravity concentration and have selected the Knelson Concentrator on the basis its efficiency to recover a significant portion of the overall gold into a very small high-grade concentrate mass."
